Schwinn "Cabot" (Mutt) - This Chicago steel is a little confusing to me. Pre War dropouts and what appears to be Post War balloon frame construction? I assembled with a mixture of parts: The wheels are from a Schwinn Racer. I added a Schwinn Pre War chain guard, a sweetheart skip tooth crank and Schwinn Spitfire trusses. Thinking about a rattle can Gray paint?
