I bought this from a great guy ,it was originally painted black at the factory and I had repainted it Eastwood cad plate paint and had started to try to patina it for my 40 Elgin Twin bar..then I scored a PERFECT fit one off ebay..now im offering this to you guys..PERFECT if youre restoring a bike and are getting parts plated.It has some light surface rust under the paint
