well..I broke down..
I spent more money on this than I have on any Bike..
But it's a friends.,.
and I had to have it.
Funny thing is he posted it on Craigslist..and I replied right away
saying...HEY..what are you doing Bro,
I WANT IT!

so,
It's Mine..and he's gonna polish all the Plastic up real Purdy.
I guess my Other one will be a side project...or a Parts Bike..

Two in less than a week - not too shabby. Your place must be getting full.

What are the details on this one? I've never seen one in that colour combo. It looks pretty complete too, Probably just needs a bit of cleaning/polishing and your ready to go.

Sometimes you just have to not think too much about the money. It's still cheaper than a lot of other vices...

I do believe it is the Stock Color..
It's a CCM,

Myk is a Painter..and he said it still has all the
"Safety..this bike is not meant for Jumps" stickers..
and all the other stock Stickers.

I remeber looking at it in his shed a year ago,
and I recall it's stock Paint.

I love it...
it's as Cheasy as all gittie up..but it give's me lots of great memories..and
should be a Blast on a Vancruiser Ride :mrgreen:

I ordered a seat from Ginny for the other one..
so I will have 2 Maybe.. :mrgreen:

I picked it up..
I'll post Pictures after I make dinner for the kidlette's :mrgreen:
It has an Eatons head Badge Sticker.
The Paint is Stock...
It's a CCM, and when Myk and I where looking it over,
The Tank has a faded out area that is VERY SLIGHT that says

" THE BOSS "

..it is very slight, but I can read it well enough
to do a Wax Pencil Outline and Reproduce the Sticker with tracing paper....
unless I find one.

The Rear wheel was ripped apart buy a previous Owner..
so now it has a Coaster on it..but I have the Stock wheel..just need to rebuild the Hub.

this baby is Pristine..

I may take the back wheel off of my Other one until I get
this one rebuilt..it is working and I want to ride this
on the next Vancruisers Ride..Maybe I'll Throw on the Metal Flake 70's

No doubt about it, that's one grade-A catch! I'm impressed with how intact it is, because as we all know, most of these bikes were ridden into the ground. Repeatedly.
I dig the colour combo, I've only ever seen MX'ers in black with red plastics (that turned pink when left in the sun :oops: )

What more can I say? It's like a time capsule from the 6th grade. MX'ers were the stuff of dreams in the days leading up to the BMX boom.

Kev, That bike is wicked. What a fun ride that will be. It is really great condition, a little detailing and the decal.

Ricky great idea on the beverage dispenser.
