Rusty but no dents and everything moves. Just need to dig a more appropriate seat out of the parts pile.

This thing is my nemesis at the moment. I hurt my back last weekend loading this into the car and haven’t been functional until today, when I tried to unload it and put it back together....

Every now and then I roll the dice and make an offer on a bike sight unseen. I was REALLY worried when I saw this sleeve bolted to the seatpost. I figured the post would be stuck but I loosened the (spray painted yellow) binder bolt and it popped right out...

Never encountered this before!?

Someone went to a lot of trouble to make that sleeve fit the newer seat and stem. At least you still have the correct seat post.
