Kinda hard to put a price on the older stuff, if I were gonna try to buy it, I would talk em down, Canti style bikes are a dime a dozen and nanner seats are pretty easy to come by. Does look like it is in nice condition for the most part.

Unless you are WILLING to pay that price for something you had in your youth OR this IS the bike you used to have, I wouldn't. If you want it because it's old and it's a cantilever frame, you can get something similar for a third of that price and be in nice shape. If you want a frame to build off of, let me know. I might be able to help you out.
