Giant Gold Coast

    Factory 26" BMX cruiser ? The only info I can find was a Ausi. site ? Looks a lot like a 80s Schwinn cruiser or Earth Cruiser . I purchased the Bike $15 from a retired couple,it was used for motor home bike . Rust free .
    Sorry for upside down pics I can't figure out how to correct . Help please .

    I think you’re pretty spot on with Schwinn/Jamis cruiser. Chainring sure looks Schwinn! Back in this period I feel like they all came out of the same factory...

    Giant made Schwinns through most of the 80s. In 87 or so, Schwinn changed to a chinese supplier, and Giant started selling bikes under there own name. I would guess this Gold Coast is probably late 80s. If so, it should have a date code either on the right rear dropout or under the bottom bracket starting with a 'G' followed by a letter and seven numbers.
