I just want to say that my posting on a problem with a advertiser has been cleared up.
I had stated that HBBC had dropped the ball and I was unhappy about a order I had placed with them. Dan @HBBC has since been in touch with me, explained the problem, and has kept me informed of the progress of my shipment.
I want to thank Dan and HBBC for stepping up and following through on correcting my issue.
So, I wanted to post that even though I was upset, I feel that I should let you all know that they did go on to make sure that everything was corrected to my satisfaction.
