Lack of thread proving problematic, so I cobbled together some hardware to mount the sissy in the dropouts (similar to the hoopty arrangement currently on Fee Tines a Mady)..the new one doesn't have the rust where past reflector was, and follows rear seat contour beautifully!

New Sissy really ties back end together, mounted in the dropouts, 3 speed works a treat, notice the necessary angled nexus 3 box
