Just finished riding around the neighborhood to give it a test. I laced a nexus hub setup from an old Electra Retro Runner to a set of Sun Mammoth BFR. Then I added a few new parts with some skulls and a Phantom repop stem.

It's a nexus 7 handlebar shifter. It used to have a thumb trigger but I took the plastic tumb piece off and replaced it with a car shifter and made a spacer for it to fit.
I was waiting for it to get a little dark around here to see how the LED conversion I did on the headlight worked. Sorry, my camera doesn't really like taking pics in the dark.
It's so low on the fender you can't see what's on the ground right in front of the bike, but who cares.
