Nothing on the ad but it does use the word Riviera..... the frame is odd and shifter may give it away I hope. Ad states fork is slightly bent, and asks $200.

With the cottered cranks, I'd say it's one of the bikes imported from West Germany. It looks to be in good condition except for bent forks.
No idea on the value though.
