I picked up the rear end of this trike over the summer not knowing
exactly what to do with it, until I came across a kids chrome Razor
Big Wheel. I mounted the two frames together with a 10-speed fork
to complete the swivel. Steering is a side to side swivel action,
obtained by pushing on the handlebars. I'm still trying to figure
out a braking system and rear seat mount. The sissybar is from an
old 70's motorcycle. The twin baskets provide a place for my son
(who's 4 and autistic) to put his feet and supplies. I am also
adding a safety harness to strap him in. It's an on going project
that I'm sure will morf as I go.

ENJOY!!!

Crazy-Wild-Cool! Might not be the easiest to steer but it will turn heads easy enuff! I just got rideof one of them Razor trikes, might have to find another.
Your son and you should have a ball with this critter.
Thanks for sharing,

What I like about it is that the longer you stare at it the more parts you see that were used to build it.

Very creative assembly!

It was most definately the most fun build yet. I stumble upon cool junk in my daily rounds, some stuff I grab has no rime or reason at the time, but as you can see it finds a way into a project somehow. The cool thing about this is that my son and I can cruise around together instead of him being way back in a bike trailer. Now we just need a tune system! :D

Thanks!

This is my sculpture to get out my artistic tendencies 8). I found a disc brake that might work, or I just may use some sorta foot or hand brake it's still simmering in my mind.
