Who are these action Figures? (1990-1994)

I received these figures from my sister's Ex Boyfriend probably 5-6 years ago. I never played with them or anything, but he sure did. They date from 1990-1994 and are made from various companies...I just dont know who some of these characters are. I would like to sell them, but i would like to be able to tell who they are first.

If your interested...ill sell/trade you the whole lot.
