Where do I get semi-pneumatic tires?

My step-dad asked me to restore for him an old Schwinn Pixie II bicycle that belonged to his son many years ago. I am having a tough time locating replacement semi-pneumatic tires for it as they are both cracked all the way through. Any suggestions as to where I should look?
