On my local CL. I like the chainring. Long head tube and it almost looks like it's been in a front end collision, although that forj has little offset.

I think you are right. The seller said it was a Murray which I know isn't right. Stelber seems to be one of those lesser known brands and not as collectible or valuable.
Chain guard, chainring, and big fork cap nail this as a CBC/Ross. -Adam
