Is this an original shape or did one of you make this? I want to know what the seating arrangement would have been. I'm digging it.

That has to be a custom. I don't recognize it from RRB or elsewhere though. Someone made their own sstretch chopper. They raked out the fork angle and then shifted the angle of the seatstays to allow them to extend a fixed seatpost back over the rear wheel. I like the funky geometry. Cool score!
 
Chopped and rewelded Schwinn ef frame. You will need some pretty wide bars to overcome the buggered steering geometry. I'd build it up as is for a test ride before any refinishing work.

I wish I could grab it. It's free but it's in Michigan. And I still can't picture what angle the seat would be attached but I assume there would have been more custom had they gotten that far. Otherwise it seems like a nutcracker, one I still wouldn't mind having.

The seat position isn't any different than you would get from a laid back seatpost. You just have to turn the seat clamp where it is the angle of the seatpost.
