I found this when my buddy closed his bike shop it was sitting on a heat duct by the furnace.
Does anyone have a clue about what year this could be from. It was definitely a cool marketing tool in it's time.

It probably had a hook on the bottom to hang the bike. Cool find. Viscount came out with a thin steel tubing road bike that had the infamous "death fork". The fork was aluminum and the steer tube joint tended to snap    The scale was probably used to show the lightness of the bike.

I know it had to have some kind of hooks but I was thinking some kind of strap to hang from the ceiling and a hook for the bike.?
Interesting history on the forks.. Today it would be digital

I goggled it and found that page to....but that was a while ago and I don't remember what I ate for lunch today
