Twin tube Ladies 1953 Schwinn?

I got this at a swap meet last year. It came with handlebars also but otherwise was as you see it here. At the time I bought it I had no idea what it was.

I pulled it out the other day while looking for something else. The sprocket looks like early Schwinn to me but I've never seen one with a twin top tube like this one has.

The serial number is J10635 which I believe would make it a 1953 Schwinn.

Can anyone enlighten me as to the model of this bike? I've never seen one quite like it.

I just did a search based on your information, kngtmat. One of the images looks A LOT like this frame.
That is an old Schwinn sprocket though isn't it?
 
Schwinn Sprocket, AMF frame, Murray (or Columbia) fork. Quite a mash up of parts there.
