I was thinking of buying this bike, it's never been ridden what would be a fair offer ?

They made those in 7 different sizes from tiny with training wheels to full adult size. I sold one a few weeks ago for about $175 in average condition. I have another marked at $250 with ape hangers which improves the look and control. Some were painted, some chrome. The chrome isn't very durable in damp climates. Certainly not a triple plate. Seen some nos/nib with $750 asking which is rather high. Most commonly sold were the 20" rear/24" front. Circa 2000-2002. heavy and don't ride all that well. Most were sold at wallyworld.
