schwinn serial search

So I got the serial number off the schwinn I picked up yesterday and went to schwinncruisers.com and entered the number, but nothing like the site saying your number was used by schwinn twice and it dont give the first date and the second was to late for where the number was on the bike. heres what came up http://schwinncruisers.com/schwinn.php?serial=b62202

Not sure why it got moved since I was focusing more on how the site would only give one date instead of 2 dates. but since my post got moved Ill ask does the pre 48 schwinn's have the date stamped on the crank like the more newer schwinns?
