Couple of weeks back my mate came round for a couple drinks and he bought his Proline II "Stu Thompson" tribute build. So for a laugh I pulled my Proline out and we took some pics side by side. My Proline I built from scratch to honour my my late neighbour - Gary (who was older than me by 6 years) and he had built a white/gold 79' Proline BITD. I loved that bike and never saw it after his father moved out from the neighbourhood (he had the bike in the shed for many years). Gary died of a heart attack aged 37 (he was very fit and was ex army, he just had a week heart).
