Pink!!!

Here is a 58 Starlet that I cleaned up this passed week and added a little color....PINK, for my soon to be 21 year old niece.
She wanted lots of pink but, there are no such thing as pink middleweight tires. So I swapped out the S7s for a set of heavy duty spoked S2s and mounted these 26 x 2.125 Sunlights. Ironically enough they fit within the confines of the middleweight fenders.
Giving it to her next Weds., hope she likes it.

Her first taste of the road.
Look ma no hands....well I guess the wheels need truing a bit to get the balance right for no hand cruising.
She is pretty proud of it....now how to get it to her campus....looks like I might be taking a road trip at the end of August.
Hope she takes care of it out there.
