Picked up a Shelby Frame and Need Info

The guy that picks up our scrapped out bikes called and said that he had a Shelby frame but knew nothing about it. After twenty bones changed hands I've got the beast up on the stand. Anyone familiar with this model. Cheers.

That looks like a early 1960s Roadmaster (Cleveland Welding Company) frame and sprocket.

CWC built Roadmasters for AMF. AMF bought out Shelby in the mid 50's. Chainguard is actually a Shelby design, but seen more often on mid-late 50s Roady's. That badge is a leftover from the old Shelby co. ~Adam
