Just a retrospective on my Derby Old Reliable, the first ratrodbike I ever built. I found it in the trash and I've had it for about twelve years now. It's safe to say that its a keeper
How she was for most of her time with me, faded red paint marked with the occasional spots of paint from being used as an easel by its previous owner, and right before I added pedals...
I painted it black and built her a 3 speed wheel after I had the frame repaired a couple of years ago and added the front rack.
Here it's wearing its Halloween outfit...
And finally as she sits today...Same driveway, same bush, new 26x2.4 tires, new springer, laidback seatpost and a new seat. Like I said, it's a keeper.
