nishiki mountain bike and help IDing

i took my mountain bike for a spin to a small local trail today and found this nice nishiki mountain bike in the trash. So i pedaled back with this in tow. It has a rock shox fron end. Does anyone happen to know what model this is and around what year?? It's going up for sale and i know that info helps sometimes. Well here it is and thanks in advance

I might be able to get more info on that bike for you. What brand/models and brands of parts like the derailleurs and brakes and stem and stuff?

My guess is the bike is older than the fork. Mostly because it has biopace on it. Good old tough frame.

Normally the Nishiki mtbs from that era had names like Colorado, Aspen, Manitoba etc scripted on one of the tubes(had an Aspen myself) like late 80s or so which also had biopace. Don't think Shimano made biopace past the 80s, so the bike is likely from the period. The fork is almost assuredly an add-on.
