motobecane help?

Had some one contact me about this bike. It apears to be from the early 80's from what I can find, and it said it is a rair bike. But I realy have no clue and need ya'lls help. Is it worth buying at fifty dollars to part out, flip as is or restore?

Motobecane mirage or nomad mixte not rare at all. As for value search CL for 'Mixte' to help get an Idea of asking prices in your area.

Aside from the steel rims not a bad fixer-upper.

Hers is one I fixed up and sold for $400 couple yrs ago.
