Here is my start. A 70's Montgomery Ward's frame with "Made In Portugal" on the headbadge, hence the name.

Nope, that's what's on it as-found. I took that picture a few months ago, it's sitting out back in the boneheap covered in ice.

Nope, it was some kind of hoakey MX bike, the springs are just for looks. The whole thing is the metal equivalent to balsawood.
