Found this at the NSRA Rocky Mountain Nationals swap meet for 15. I only got it for the parts. Who knows, sex change may be in order. It use to belong to the local Pueblo newspaper. Came with big basket as well.

I picked up a similar frame not too long ago.
Put a newish of wheels 26x 1 3/8 wheels and a saddle on it.
It rides really nice. Very smooth and comfortable ride.
No sex change needed.
Put the basket back on and the step through ability becomes an advantage.

But it brings some memories back of paper delivery days before I just used my bag and the rear rack.
