Is this worth the price?

This guy on fb marketplace has this old Manta Ray for $100. I thought it might make a cool rat bike. Do you guys think it's worth it? Also, is this bike 24 inch or 26?

It's pretty rough but a manta ray I would do it

According to bike history webpage, it could only be 24" tires. And only made in 71 and 72.

I'd get it after seeing if he would take 75 for it, then going from there.

Yes only 24 inch and missing a bunch of good stuff. I'm all in at $50.

I’m not sure that is the original rear wheel. The reflector doesn’t look right for early 70s and the dork disc looks to be plastic.

To me that’s a $25 bike. I think it is super cool and would love to have it. I just know I would spend $300 and 40 hours rebuilding it. Lacing new rims, new chain, new tires, pedals, saddle, etc. it adds up.
