Help ID this Elgin motorbike Please

I bought this bike last year and was told it was 1933 but wasn't sure if it is.
I would like to know if it is 1933, and it's value because I'm thinking of selling
it or trade for a 40' or 50's tanker. thanks for all the help.

Like most pre 1938 Elgins, it's built by Westfield (Columbia), and the N prefix makes it a 1935. -Adam
