Just trying to get a ballpark year on this little beauty. First two digits in SN are "WG".

Murray built. What kind of coaster brake does it have?

Bendix, single red stripe.

If the sprocket is the kind that "keys into" the hub with three tabs and is held on with a circlip then it's 1963 or later.

Haven't even looked at the rearend yet, but I did get the rest of the S/N:

So far as I know nobody has decoded the serial numbers for Murray's rebranded bikes - bicycles sold by Sears and Gambles (hiawatha) used a different series of numbers than those sold with the Murray name on them.

But if you know what version of the red band it has you can get a good idea of what year range it was made in. The red band with the splined cog was made 1961-1963, and the red band with the tabbed cog was made 1963-1970 when the "70" came in.
