any ideas on the age and maker of this bike?

i picked up a bike on a city clean up and was wondering if any body could tell me more about it. it's a beach crusier style ladies bike. the neck badge says "western flyer by western auto parts" the coaster brake hub say "perry made in england" the springer style seat says made in england also. the rear axel mounts have bolts to adjust the chain tention.

I'm not sure it may be a Huffy but there are many bike companies that made bikes badged Western Flyer for the Western Auto stores and I think the chain guard & sprocket are parts from Wald.

I believe that is a 53 Huffy made bike. Here's some info and a pic from the CABE website:

I concure, a 53' (or 52'?) Huffy built bike with a Wald chainring, probably to convert it from a skiptooth drivetrain. Neat score!
