This one just popped on the local CL. I gave an offer of $60, he said he had other offers from 70-100. Not sure if he's just trying to pull my chain, or if he really did have other offers that high. But anyway.... what is a fair price on this bike? Of course I'm looking to part it out (love the fender skirts on the back) so I need to make my money as we all do. Any advice? I feel like sticking to my guns at $60 but if that's really short changing the guy then I'd consider going more.

Anyone know of age or model?

Using ebay for a reference, the year appears to be 1939 to 1941. One in original paint sold for $360. A repainted one failed to make the opening bid of $235. If it was my bike I would not let it go for $60, but that is me.
