"37" Roadmaster ???

After sanding away some red barn paint, I found some markings on the fender that should be helpful with the ID.
Have at it all you wizards.

Check the bottom bracket for the serial number, that will be most helpful in determining the year.

Here is another piece of the puzzle that may help with the ID. The forks have a stylized shoulder on top that I have seen on some
C.W.C. models.

I think that's called the "Bent tank" model, and I believe its a 1941.
