I saw this hanging in a bike shop here in Colorado. Does anyone have an idea of what it is? The looptail and wishbone chainstays seem unique together.

The current owner says the stem is OE. It's not for sale (right now anyhow) and is part of the bike shop's "museum", which has some gems. I'll be going back soon and if more pics are needed, we'll haul it of the wall and get some detailed shots. I've been friends with one of the shop owners for about 25 years. I think all the looptail IBOCs are aluminum or alum/cf...and have mono-seatstays.

The cable guides are all clamp-on. The owner thanks y'all for the ID assistance and he's probably going to do a full resto on it.
Looks like he has all the hard parts except bars...so should be able to restore relatively cheap.
Yeah, it's been modded a bit with a SA AW hub and front derailleur but most of it appears to be original.
