Took a ride through bike week yesterday. they estimated 400,000 bikers in town. Saw lots of store bought bikes and not as many customs or unusual rigs. I never stopped pedaling so the photos aren't that great..
Me and the family had a bake sale and lemonade stand at the end of the driveway earlier in the day, met up with a cople of people that had stopped for a beverage down at the weirs as well as a coupld of old friends. Had to do a couple of wheelies to keep folks happy. Must have had 6-7 people stop me to ask about the bike and got a thumbs up from a Hells Angel.
Are we there yet?
Entrance to the strip, the local PD didn't give me any grief for being on a bicycle. That's the MS Mount Washington cruise ship in the background
almost crashed while taking this one
pedestrians
Traffic on the way in from Weirs Blvd. backed up about 1/2 a mile.
Oh yeah, the view from behind the bars. Shelby springer and 24x3 thick bricks rolled awesom!
