My mother in law had this bike hanging in her garage for about the last fifteen years. It was a very faded and abused light metallic blue. It was literally falling apart at every bearing area from lack of maintenance of any kind. She gave it to me on our last visit. Based on the serial number, it is a 1965 model. You see my first foray into a two tone paint job prior to any wet sanding or clear coating. I do have to fix one mask line on the the right side. The fork and chain guard will be a similar color combo when done, and the wheels will be red. Haven't decided wether to paint the bars and stem, or leave them chrome....more pics to come as we progress.
