1939? Elgin ladies

What can you tell me about a Elgin ladies bike SE model 502.189 serial # 56019 I am restoring it for my daughter Also I need a front fender light & a rear rack light or reflector was this a reflector or light on the rear rack I also need to replace the spokes what size It is a 26" bike

I do not have pictures. I think it is a 1939 has the Elgin badge also has the skirting on both rear sides has tank with horn that I got working & has metal twin saddle basket on the rear fender might be a add on color is green & cream or ivory
