This is a 24" spaceliner I picked up last Sunday. Since then I cleaned the contacts in the headlight wiring and got that working, and lubed all the bearings. Oh, I had to replace the back axle, it was bent. As soon as I get the wheels trued up a bit I'm calling it done and going for a ride!

Just got this bike at a yard sale on the cheap. This is my first old bike (unless you count the schwinn tornado from my childhood), so its now time to learn how to take her apart.

I've been following the build off... you are all building some awesome bikes! I've always loved riding bikes, and doing my own maintenance, but have no experience in working on older bikes. I hope to have something built by the end of summer but I have no idea what yet.
