The bike was rusting in my friends back yard...soI took it from him earlier today. Slapped some leftover parts on it and now it's rolling again. Fun quick project :D

You guys know anything about this bike/Brand? It has a Schwinn front 16" tire and drum wheel. Just got it going too. Rides alright now since I drenched the moving parts in wd40. Gonna ride it in SJ bike party this coming Friday.

this is how the bike looks now. Still need to lower the seat a bit, bob the fenders, mount a better looking gas tank, expansion chamber, maybe some risers and dragbars...ride the the hades out of it. Tear it down...finish it up with paint and possibly some chroming or just let the california...

I think it's a 1964 schwinn traveler. Just been tinkering with it when I get a chance. Not done yet. it runs sorta okay... Here's a side view... Don't really know what I'm doing (trial N error approach). Would like to be a decent fabricator,etc. Figure I make my build mistakes on the bicycle...

I find myself visiting this site a lot and decided to join. The bikes on here are awesome. Really nice work everyone. I needed a bike to get to class because it was faster than driving...so I found a 1964~66 24" schwinn traveler. Nice old bike with good patina. That was how I got into the hobby...
