Call the 800 number for the tube. Pacific sent me a replacement tube. Walmart sent me a new bike with stipulation that I return the defective one. Customer service at Walmart.com is NOT the best, but I was persistant. Same cross threaded issues.

I asked the guy the same question if this is the Beast available for $199 from Walmart.com, here is his reply. Dear raiderbreath, I believe this is from the same manufacturer. They use several names, Rover, Beast, Crusher. They are suppose to come out with a new version in the coming months...
