    Ok, removed the center brace and replace with an upside down "V", changed the front fork to a straight 24" fork and added some welds under seat area.     Ok finially got chain on and fixed frame so that when I sit on it, the pedals dont hit the ground. Found out the frame is to wobbley right now its just not rigid enough. So now I need to see how to make frame stiffer so it doesnt twist. Bernie
