Ok, removed the center brace and replace with an upside down "V", changed the front fork to a straight 24" fork and added some welds under seat area. Took it for a ride today and it works, chain stayed on. Less wobble now still need to add some welds but ran out of gas and wire. Still want to...

Ok finially got chain on and fixed frame so that when I sit on it, the pedals dont hit the ground. Found out the frame is to wobbley right now its just not rigid enough. So now I need to see how to make frame stiffer so it doesnt twist. Bernie
