I did do the chrome my self in the 90's

I think it looks like the "Blue Moon" bike maybe.

I dont know if this makes any differance, but the rivet holes are on the sides of the head

I did the chrome in the early 90's, tripple plate show chrome.

I was referred to this site to help ID my frame. What an awesome site! I live in SE New Mexico. never restored a bike, but have built many "rats". Didn't know there was bunch of us out there! Thanks CJL
