I would like to say I'm in but it will be winter in my neck of the woods although it's tropical the rain means I'm limited to the shed and that is packed at the moment, and with building retro mods and a few for sale bikes my mind hasn't been on this side of custom building, the only bike worthy of ratting is the huffy ladies I was playing with then stopped, it's sitting in storage for now, if I'm allowed to enter with that I might, I don't actually have much else to ratify but I will see maybe if I stir the imagination while looking at a frame it may work

I really went all out on Boone-Doggle for the SWBO, but I don’t like to sit on the sidelines, especially during the main BO. (Watching just makes me want to build something.)

Whether a scratch-build, revamp, or find something new-to-me, I’ll probably be in. 👍🏼

Had a friend win a raffle last weekend who gave me this huge SA hub for
a very nice price.

It should end up on my build off bike. If things go as I want them to...

You really did go all out on SWBO! My #1 pick in the skinny class!

It was a beautiful bike and build for sure!

I made a serendipitous rendezvous with the seller of my build off bike this morning. He lives 4 hours away, but was down for the weekend visiting inlaws in the city. So all I had was a 25 min drive across town.

And, oh my! This is gonna be fun! :inlove:

I can’t wait to get started… Got this Heavy Duti frame from @bikejunky aka my friend Tim…. I’m totally motivated and ready to actually spend some time building this one.
Man I love a straight bar Heavy Duti, want one so bad. Splitting hairs here, but I think what you have is actually the Summit Workhorse version, same bike, just different stickers. @Dr. Tankenstein did one up in the strandie style, it is one of my favorite bikes in the place. Can't wait to see what you do with it

Oh those FENDERS!! Love me a deep Monark fender!!
The "Other" idea I have is one of those convertible rides that stretches out when you lean back and rises up when you lean forward... I've got a MTB stashed for the build and it might just be the time for it. Complete with deep fenders too... some of your style mixed with some of mine.

This has been hanging on a hook for about 15 years. This build off might inspire me to get off my rump and do something with it. I have no idea what it might be. I have most of the pieces I need so I am running out of excuses. Now I have 2 weeks to figure it out and dig out the parts.
