I have no idea what kind of bike they came off of, but I couldn't pass for a dollar! continuing my spoke saga, never buy $9 spokes from amazon just because you can have them the next day! length was correct this time but before they were even tight the threads stripped off the spokes! Glad it happened before I tried to ride it though. Lesson learned, although it should have been common sense. ordered more spokes from pork chop, hopefully they get here in time, if not I'll move this to regular builds. I could throw a coaster brake wheel on it and call it "done" but that's not the bike I want to build, stay tuned...
 
Ok Correct spokes showed up Tuesday, didn’t take any pictures of assembling the wheel for the third time but it’s done now

time for a chain, and a black chain guard

rear brake and fender and then some new pads

then a quick test ride before it gets dark

quick adjustment of the shifter and everything functions as it should

even on such a short ride the seat is uncomfortable so I swapped it for this one

and a layback seat post would be way better but I doubt I can get one in time, if not it’s done and I’ll swap the post later and hopefully ride this thing a lot, it feels light compared to most of my bikes
