What size is the stem on a 24 inch schwinn cruiser? The head tube where the badge goes on is the same size as the one on my stingray when i placed them side by side. Would a stingray stem be compatible to use on the 24 inch frame?

Im trying to restore a 24" schwinn cruiser and i was wondering if i would be able to fit s5 wheels on it? I think the bikes originally came with either s2 or s7 but im not sure because i purchased the frame only. I would like it too have narrow tires and i see some s5's up for sale. Im asking...
