yes 700 wheels, I traded a garman nuvi 1200 gps for it

It has some scratches but rode it it rides nice what do you all think about that bike good or bad.

I need some ideas for a down hill gravity racer. and any pictures would be great. bikes that are lowered and streched. no pedals. 2 or 3 wheels. no rules.
