I got me this nice brown brooks saddle I scored off of Craigslist for cheap a few years ago…. I think this should work ok.

And here is my donor bike. I’d mainly like to salvage the wheels. (rear in particular for the 3 speed) If I can use the BB components, crank and maybe chainring…. That’d be a bonus for the budget. Any input or recommendations, let me know!

Hit it with naval jelly and high power pressure wash. Tweaked the seat…. Rides ok. Rear brake is fussy, but other than that, rides fine. Tires look nice but are pretty dry rotted. Last pic (in my outdoor and Rough right now shop) is soaked in wd40

Thanks OJ. Got a lot of ideas. Regular Klunker w/ single speed. ‘Skinny Klunk’’ w/ gears…. Need to figure something on brakes keeping the original fork. Not sure what to do in the back. It’ll be an adventure.
