Intro done. I cut off the head tube first and ground it smooth then added to small tubes to get more rake. Then cut some forks in half and added some tube to extend them. The other frame modification was chopping off the seat post clamp and welding it on about 4 inches back. Works alright...

I built this yesterday, not sure what qualifies as "Rat" but I like it. I'll probably gusset the head tube as well. It started life as a champion beach cruiser.
