Im rattn out 59 murray strato flite i picked up for 20 bucks online. I want to get my tank lights working again but all the wires are disconnected and the battery tray needs some help first. But i was curious if anybody know how to wire these things! thanks

Does anybody know were to findout the wiring for the tank lite? Wires are all disconnected and I dont have a clue! theres a weird solenoid with a button comming out the top of the tank (besides the on/off switch), which i have no idea what it does! any clues my fellow rodders?

I'm keeping the bike now, guy didn't wanna buy it. after that I decided the strato was staying, I took the tank apart last night, took the bearing cups out of the frame, and grabbed a few other parts like the chain guard and stem, threw them in the trunk, and hopefully ill be brining it all in...

Ya if I can't get 150 for it, I'm keeping it. Do you guys know if thick brick tires will fit on regular rims? And do they fit on the stock front forks? And do fat rims bolt up to the regular chain stays and forks?

I picked this beast up today for 20 bucks and i think its really cool! I know Its a murray strato lite, from the mid to late 50s im guessing. Im just lookin to see what year she could be and if shes worth any money. I just would like to know what i have here!
