    I re fabed the seat post and and hinge. I think the new set up flows nice with the frames lines. Now I need to find an Mtb shock absorber and make the mounts for the seat and the frame so I can sit and make vrooom vroom sounds;)

I bought some brass screws and these weird nuts that get countersunk in the wood so from the bottom they wont be visible. the brass screws serve adual purpose.first they add to the cool vintage look and second they reinforce the seat...
